follow these directions to get to...Lake Forest High School (1285 N. McKinley Rd., Lake Forest)Take 94 N and keep left on 41 N (don't merge with tollway). Take the Deerpath exit off 41 N, and turn right onto W. Deerpath Rd. In 1.2 miles, turn left on N. McKinley Rd. Lake Forest High School is at 1285 N. McKinley (less than a mile). Indianapolis (WTSC Meet @ IUPUI, lodging at University Place Hotel, 850 W. Michigan St., Indianapolis)Take I-65 S in Indiana toward Indianapolis. In Indianapolis, merge onto N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. via exit number 114 toward West St. Turn slight right onto N. West St. Turn Right onto W. Michigan St. University Place Hotel is on your right. UIC (University of Illinois/Chicago, 901 West Roosevelt Road, Chicago)Take I-90/94 south to Taylor St./Roosevelt Ave. exit (downtown). Follow exit through first light (at Taylor St.), and turn right at second light (Roosevelt Ave.). Pool is about a block down in the Physical Education Building on the left. Parking is available across the street from pool (take a right just beyond parking lot to reach entrance). Nearby food and drink: Caribou Coffee, Jamba Juice, and Quizno's are all on Halsted just a block south of Roosevelt Rd. Champs Candy Cane Classic (Morton West High School, 2400 Home Ave., Berwyn, Illinois)Take Edens Expressway (I-94) east to Kennedy Expressway (I-90) towards loop. Take I-290 west towards West Suburbs/Eisenhower Expressway to Austin Blvd. (exit is on your left). At top of exit ramp, turn left onto S. Austin Blvd, and travel 1.3 miles to W. Cermak Rd./W. 22nd St. Turn right on W. Cermak, then slight left within a mile onto Riverside Drive. After .5 mile, turn right onto Home Avenue to school. Evanston Township High School (1600 Dodge Avenue, Evanston0 Take Ridge Avenue south of the YWCA to Lake St. Turn right on Lake, then right again onto Dodge Avenue. Parking is available on the street or in the lot immediately to your right across the street from the school. The pool is on northeast corner of the high school campus. Fenwick High School (505 W. Washington St., Oak Park)Take Edens Expressway (94) east to Kennedy Expressway towards loop. Take 290 west towards West Suburbs/Eisenhower Expressway to Austin Blvd. (exit is on your left). At top of bridge go right (north) to Madison. Go left (west) on Madison to East Ave. Go right (north) to school. Fenwick HS is in Oak Park on the corner of East and Washington. Warren Township High School (500 N Oplaine Rd, Gurnee) Merge onto I-94 West Edens Expressway and keep left to take US-41 N toward Waukegan. Take the Washington St. exit in Gurnee (~16 miles) and turn left onto Washington St./ CR-A22. In one mile, turn right onto N Oplaine Rd./ CR-38/ CR-W20. Northside College Prep High School (5501 N. Kedzie, Chicago) Take McCormick south and continue onto N. Kimball Ave. Turn left at W. Catalpa Ave. and continue 3 blocks until school at intersection of W. Catalpa and N. Kedzie. Niles North High School (9800 Lawler Ave., Skokie) Take Golf Road west from McCormick Avenue to Lawler (immediately west of Old Orchard mall). Turn right on Lawler, school is on your left. Norris Recreational Center (1015 Dunham Ave., St. Charles) Take the Tri - State Tollway/ St. Charles North High School (255 Red Gate Rd., St. Charles) Take the Tri - State Tollway/I-294 South to the I-90 W/N - W exit. Merge onto I-90 W, and travel 23 miles to State Highway 31 S exit. Merge onto S. 8th St./IL Rte. 31 and continue less than a mile to Big Timber Rd. Turn right onto Big Timber Rd., and stay to left. Take left onto Randall Rd. and follow 7-8 miles, then take right onto Red Gate Rd. Michigan Shores Club (911 Michigan Avenue, Wilmette) Follow Sheridan Rd. north from Evanston to Wilmette. Take a right onto Lake St. (at the north end of Gillson Park) and then a left onto Michigan. Michigan Shores Club is at the corner of Lake and Michigan. Parking is available on the street. Barrington Winter Classic (Barrington High School, 616 W. Main St., Barrington) Take Edens Expressway (94) west to Dundee Rd. exit (30A), traveling west. Turn right on Waukegan Rd., and then left onto Lake Cook Rd. Follow Lake Cook Rd. about 16 miles to Barrington High School, which is located on the northeast corner of Hart Road and Lake Cook Road about 1/2 mile west of downtown Barrington. (Lake Cook Rd. is known as Main St. in downtown Barrington.) For all you early risers, there is a Starbucks Coffee in downtown Barrington on S. Hough Street just south of Lake Cook Rd. before you get to the High School! College of DuPage (425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn)Take Interstate 294 (Tri-State Tollway), exit to westbound Interstate 88 (East-West Tollway) to Route 53. Exit Route 53 north, to Park Boulevard (first stoplight). Left on Park to Fawell Boulevard (formerly 22nd Street). West to college. College of DuPage is located at the intersection of Fawell Boulevard and Lambert Road in Glen Ellyn. Carthage College (2001 Alford Park Dr., Kenosha, WI)The Carthage campus is located on the northeast corner of Kenosha, along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Follow one of the routes below: (Route 1 shows more of what the City of Kenosha has to offer and takes 10-15 minutes longer than route 2, which bypasses most of the city on the north side.) Route 1 (City Drive): Take I-94 west, merging with tollway towards Milwaukee. Exit at Highway 50 (Exit #344). Travel east for 6.4 miles on Highway 50 (75th St.) to Highway 32 (Sheridan Rd.). Turn left on Highway 32 and travel north for approximately 4.1 miles. The campus is located on the east side (along the lake). Route 2 (Country Drive): Take I-94 west, merging with tollway towards Milwaukee. Follow the Carthage exit signs to Highway E (Exit #339). Travel east for 6.8 miles on Highway E to Highway 32. Turn right on Highway 32 and travel south for approximately one mile. The campus is located on the east side (along the lake). Truman College (1145 W. Wilson Ave., Chicago)Take Ridge Ave. south from the YWCA into Chicago. Ridge becomes N. Ridge Blvd. and then N. Ridge Ave. After 5 miles (from Y), turn slight right onto N. Broadway St. -- follow for a mile, then stay straight to go onto N. Racine Ave. After 1/4 mile, turn left on W. Wilson Ave. Do NOT park in the area that says
PERMIT PARKING ONLY. You will be Leaning Tower YMCA (6300 W. Touhy Ave. Niles)Take McCormick Blvd. south to Touhy. Turn right onto Touhy -- Leaning Tower YMCA is about 3.5 miles down on your right. Plenty of parking available. Pool area can be very warm for spectators -- wear layers that you can shed! Stevenson High School (Patriot Aquatic Club/Stevenson High School, 1 Stevenson Drive, Lincolnshire)Take Edens Expressway (94) west, merge onto 294 N. Take the IL-22 Half Day Rd. exit going west. Stevenson High School is 3 miles down on your right. Vernon Hills High School (145 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills)Take Edens Expressway (94) west, merging with tollway towards Milwaukee. Take the IL-60/Town Line Rd. exit, and turn left (west) onto Town Line Road. At N. Milwaukee Ave. (IL-21) turn left (south), and travel a half mile to Continental Dr. Turn right on Continental Drive and then make a quick left onto Lakeview Parkway. Elk Grove High School (500 W. Elk Grove Blvd.)Take Golf Rd. west 10.3 miles to roundabout just past Rte. 45 and Rand Rd. Take third roundabout exit and continue onto E. Golf Rd. an additional 3.9 miles. Turn left onto S. Arlington Heights Rd. and travel 2.8 miles to left on W. Elk Grove Blvd. Make quick u-turn at Tower Lane onto W. Elk Grove Blvd. going opposite direction. Elk Grove High School is on your right.
