fall/winter 2008-2009 masters season

october 6, 2008 - march 29, 2009

This program is designed to help adults improve their swimming skills. Whether you want to make your swimming easier and more efficient for a triathlon, or you simply want to better your swimming skills to increase your endurance and strength for your own personal goals and overall health, this is a great opportunity to accomplish your goals. Get in “swimming” shape and learn how to make the most of your training time. Come join us!

Early mornings:

Monday, Friday 6:00-7:30 am

Afternoons:

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 1:00-2:15 pm

Evenings:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:15-9:30 pm*

*evening practice times subject to change or cancellation based on participation levels

Fees: $330 to YWCA, $70 to Flying Fish

  • There is a 50% discount off the YWCA fee for adult family participants (husbands, wives, brothers, sisters etc.)

  • Fees may be prorated based on start date

Come in and register at the YWCA front desk. Please remember that there are two fees - one to the YWCA (payable by credit card or check) and one to the Flying Fish (payable by check only and deposited in the safe).


masters instructional swimming

Masters instructional swimming is designed for adults who would like additional work on stroke technique; as well as adults who are not ready to commit to the masters swim team.
