Flying Fish Grocery Dollar Program

 

 

What is the Grocery Dollar Program?

        It is a simple way to raise funds that support all the members of the Flying Fish Swim Team.  On a monthly basis, you purchase gift cards to any of the following grocery stores; Dominick’s, Jewel, Wild Oats, Whole Foods or Treasure Island.  Whatever amount you pay is exactly the amount you receive in gift cards.  Because the Flying Fish is buying these gift cards in bulk, we only have to pay the stores 95% of the total monthly order and make a 5% profit!  

Why subscribe?

        You will certainly need groceries every month and this will cost you no more than what you would have spent anyway!  It’s a win – win situation!

How do I subscribe?

            Fill out the order form and place it along with your first payment in the “Grocery Dollar” mailbox at the pool.  (Make checks payable to the Flying Fish)

How long does my subscription last?

        It is ongoing, but we only place an order when you submit a check.

When is my order due?

        The 12th of the month you wish to start.

When do I receive my monthly gift cards/certificates?

        Each month your payment is due by the 12th of the month and you will receive the same amount in gift cards/certificates within 7-10 days (if not sooner)!  Orders can be picked up at the pool after email notification of delivery.

What forms of payment are accepted?

        At this time only cash or check.  If the program continues to grow we may consider credit cards.

What if I need to increase/change my monthly order?

        Any changes can be sent via email to kaci_smith@comcast.net or written in the memo section of your check.

Who can participate?

        Flying Fish families, their friends and relatives!
